Please note — patient payments are different. When a clinic collects payments from its own patients through CutiSpan, those funds go directly to the clinic’s own account. SJ Soft Tech is not a party to those transactions. Refunds for a patient’s payment are handled by that clinic under its own policy — please contact the clinic directly.

1. Free trial — evaluate before you pay

New clinics may start with a free trial so you can fully evaluate CutiSpan before paying anything. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. We encourage you to test the Platform thoroughly during this period, as paid subscriptions are non-refundable (see below).

2. Subscription fees are non-refundable

Because you can evaluate the Platform free of charge during the trial, subscription fees are non-refundable once a paid plan begins, including for partly used billing periods and for periods during which the account was active but not used. This applies to monthly, yearly and one-time subscription payments.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@cutispan.com (an in-app cancellation option may also be provided). When you cancel:

• Future renewals stop — you will not be charged again.
• Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling does not trigger a mid-period refund.
• You can export your clinic’s data for a reasonable period after the subscription ends, as described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.

4. Exceptions — when we do refund

We will refund a subscription payment in these limited cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charge — if you are charged more than once for the same period, or charged in error, we refund the excess.
• Failed activation — if a payment is taken but access to the paid plan is not provided due to a fault on our side and we cannot resolve it, we refund that payment.
• Any refund required by applicable law.

5. Digital service — delivery

CutiSpan is a digital, cloud-based service. There is no physical product and no shipping. Access to a paid plan is enabled immediately or shortly after the payment is confirmed. Any references to “orders” refer to subscription activation, not to physical goods.

6. How to request a refund & timelines

To request a refund under Section 4, email admin@cutispan.com from your registered address with your clinic name, the payment reference/date and the reason. We aim to review requests promptly. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment provider (Razorpay) and are typically credited within 5–7 business days of approval, though the exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available here with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
